Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Abhi Tribhuvan ("Introx", "we", "us") governing your use of the Introx mobile application. By creating an account, installing the app, or using any Introx feature, you accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all versions of the Introx Android application and any associated services, websites, or APIs.

2 Description of Service

Introx is a business productivity application that automatically sends a pre-configured professional SMS introduction message to the caller's phone number after a call ends (incoming or outgoing, based on your settings). The service is designed for lawful professional communication purposes — helping individuals and businesses share their identity and contact information automatically after every phone call.

Key service features include:

• Automated SMS dispatch after call end events.
• Customisable introduction message template.
• Controls for call direction, recipient filtering, blacklist, and send frequency.
• In-app analytics (SMS count).
• Subscription-based premium features.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Introx. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Introx is intended for professional or business use by adults.

4 User Account

• You must register with a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You may only have one account per mobile number.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@introx.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Introx only for lawful, professional purposes. You must not:

• Use Introx to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk promotional SMS in violation of applicable law (including TRAI regulations in India).
• Send harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive messages.
• Impersonate another person or entity in your introduction message.
• Use Introx to circumvent any no-call or do-not-disturb restrictions applicable under law.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer Introx's systems or source code.
• Use Introx in any way that violates Google Play's Developer Programme Policies.
• Use Introx for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

6 Consent to SMS Sending

By enabling the Auto SMS feature, you explicitly authorise Introx to send SMS messages from your device's SIM card to numbers that call you or that you call. You understand that:

• Standard SMS charges from your mobile carrier may apply for each message sent.
• You can disable the Auto SMS feature at any time from the Dashboard.
• Using the "Ask Before Sending" option gives you confirmation control before every SMS.
• All SMS messages are sent from your own SIM — not from Introx's servers.

7 Subscriptions & Payments

• Introx offers a Free Plan and paid subscription plans with extended features.
• Subscription pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and in-app before purchase.
• Subscriptions are managed and billed outside of Google Play (via our own payment system).
• Subscription durations, features, and pricing may change with 7 days' notice before renewal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@introx.app within 7 days of purchase.
• An expired subscription disables premium features; your account and data are retained.

8 Intellectual Property

The Introx app, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Abhi Tribhuvan and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Introx without written permission.

Your profile data and message content remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the service.

9 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Introx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every SMS will be delivered successfully (SMS delivery depends on your carrier and the recipient's network).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abhi Tribhuvan will not be liable for:

• Any undelivered or delayed SMS messages.
• Any damages arising from your use or misuse of the app.
• Any content sent via the app that violates applicable law.
• Loss of data due to device issues or uninstalling the app.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the app in a way that harms other users or Introx's reputation. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@introx.app.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

12 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
