Account Deletion Request
Introx respects your right to data privacy and deletion.
If you would like to permanently delete your Introx account and all associated data, please follow the steps below. We have made this process simple to ensure you have full control over your information.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Email Request (Recommended if app is uninstalled)
Send an email from your registered email address to support@introx.app.
Include your Registered Phone Number in the email so we can locate your account.
Our team will process the deletion and confirm via reply within 7 business days.
Method 2: In-App Option
Open the Introx app on your Android device.
Navigate to Account Settings or Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete My Account".
Data Deletion Policy
When you request account deletion, here is exactly what happens to your data:
- What gets deleted: We permanently delete your personal data, including your registered phone number, account profile details, company name, custom message templates, and historical analytics.
- What gets kept & for how long: Some basic transactional data (e.g., records of previous subscription payments) may be retained securely for up to 30 days to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations.
- Final Deletion: After the 30-day period expires, ALL your data is permanently and irrecoverably deleted from our secure servers.
- On-Device Data: Deleting your account from our servers does not automatically uninstall the app. Please uninstall the Introx app from your phone to instantly clear your local app data.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your automated SMS introductions will permanently stop, and you will need to register a new account if you wish to return.
